INCONTRO TRA ICONE

E' in edicola da oggi il numero di Ciak di febbraio: in copertina, in esclusiva assoluta, la foto dell'incontro straordinario tra due icone cinematografiche come Robert De Niro e Carlo Verdone. Riuniti sul set per Manuale d'amore 3 i due attori hanno fatto amicizia e in due interviste si raccontano e si confrontano per Ciak. Il diario della cronaca di questo incontro lo ha fatto invece per noi il regista Giovanni Veronesi, spiegando come è riuscito a portare in Italia De Niro, dai primi timidi contatti con il divo americano fino al set romano a fianco di Michele Placido e Monica Bellucci. Eccovi un estratto: «Io sono uno che ci prova! C'ho sempre provato! Cioè voglio dire che quando tutti dicono che una cosa è impossibile io ci provo lo stesso. E così è andata anche con De Niro, contattato tramite un amico. Gli ho spedito la sceneggiatura a cui stavo lavorando e dopo un mesetto...». LE NOMINATION ALL'OSCAR 2011
